Anticipated Completion Date Q3 2018 


Construction status is progressing well. RERA inspection confirming 42% complete July 2017. 

Structure completion (top out) was August 2017, marking a significant milestone in the project. 

All of the major base-build packages are awarded and underway on site, and the award and commencement of internal finishes packages is in process. 

Facade work is progressing with all the glass procured and in the factory, and the majority of aluminum frames under production so that installation on site can progress. Internal walls are currently up to level 13 and MEP first fix works are following close behind. 

With the end of summer approaching, increased on site productivity is expected, leading to an increase in overall progress. Completion is expected in Q3 2018.
